Data deletion instructions

If you connected a WhatsApp Business Account

• To delete your workspace and all of its data (contacts, conversations, media and stored access tokens), email hello@neutechnocity.com from the owner's email address with the subject "Delete my workspace". We confirm within 7 days and finish deletion within 30 days.
• You can also remove Technocity Chat's access from Meta: in Meta Business Suite go to Settings > Integrations > Connected apps, choose Technocity Chat, and remove it. We stop receiving that account's messages straight away.

If you messaged a business that uses Technocity Chat

The business controls your conversation with it. Ask the business directly to delete your data, or reply STOP to stop receiving messages. If the business does not respond, email us at hello@neutechnocity.com with your phone number and the business's name, and we will pass the request on and help it act.

If you have a Technocity Chat login

Email hello@neutechnocity.com from your login email and we will delete your account within 30 days.
