Terms of Service

These terms apply when a business or its team members use Technocity Chat, a service of Technocity Solutions. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
The service
Technocity Chat lets a business connect its WhatsApp Business Accounts, reply to customers from a shared inbox, send approved message templates and manage contacts. Messaging runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, so its availability also depends on Meta.
Your responsibilities
- Follow the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and the WhatsApp Commerce Policy.
- Message only people who have agreed to hear from your business, and stop when they opt out.
- Do not send spam, unlawful content, or anything that infringes someone else's rights.
- Have a lawful basis, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and any other law that applies to you, for the personal data you upload or collect through the service.
- Keep your login details safe and make sure your team members follow these terms.
Charges
Meta charges for some WhatsApp messages, such as marketing and utility templates. These charges, and any subscription fee for Technocity Chat, are as shown in your plan or agreed with us in writing.
Your data
Your business owns its conversations, contacts and content. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Meta's policies, or that puts the service or other users at risk. You can close your workspace at any time. Meta can also restrict or disable WhatsApp numbers under its own policies.
Disclaimers and liability
We work to keep the service running and secure, but we provide it "as is" and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, in particular where Meta's systems are involved. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kerala have jurisdiction over any dispute.
